Knowing who you direct your communication to, and therefore your therapy services are the most important thing in this entire process. If you do not reach the person interested in the services you offer, you will not get patients.

In this way, it will be essential that you orient your services based on your patients’ needs and what they demand. To do this, you can ask questions, take surveys, research google, or ask your social networks’ followers about their interests, for example. Of course, take into account their age, gender, hobbies, habits, etc.
